Mixing herbs and spices together

Notes:

  • Not all of us our master chefs who know exactly how much of each herb and spice that goes into a dish.
  • And we are not experts on what herb or spice to use for fish or pork or maybe a nice pasta salad.
  • That is why we have spice blends – where master checks bottle up their secret blend of herbs and spices that will go great with whatever dish we are preparing.
  • Ready to cook? You can find plenty of recipes for just any dish. So take a standard receipe and play with the herbs and spices to create the exact dish you and your family will like. What comments can you share?
